Dance!
I don't like dancing in any form. Most of the dancing shows on tv are just lame. Like Dancing With The Stars. No-one really wants to watch some famous people making fool out of themself. They can't dance, and people don't want to watch them dance. But the show America's got talent is okay. The dance performances there are pretty goot, beacuse most of them dance in a group. It's much more entertaining to watch a group dance than some dude jumping on a stage all by himself. I couldn't start dancing myself. I don't have the flexibility. I have to give credit to everyone who dances. I couldn't do any moves what they do.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is a novel written by J. K. Rowling. The book is about a boy named Harry Potter, who discovers he's a wizard and travels to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There he makes friends and stops evil wizard Voldemort from coming back to life. Voldemort killed Harry's parents when he was a year old.
I have seen this movie, but everybody who has read this book says that the book is better than the movie. So, I started reading the book. The book is very interesting from the beginning. There are some sections which I remember from the movie, but there are a lot of new sections which aren't familiar from the movie. Now I realised why people prefer the book. It's so much riveting than the movie. Everytime I read it, I couldn't stop reading. That's very weird, because I don't like to read anything unless I'm forced.
I really think this book is the greatest book I've read. I can't wait to read the next book from J. K. Rowling called Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I think I'm going to loan that during the week.

Metallica
Metallica is a heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California. It was formed in 1981, when drummer Lars Ulrich posted an advertisement in a local newspaper which guitarist James Hetfield noticed. Those two artists have been in Metallica from that day forward. The first guy they recruited was guitarist Dave Mustaine. Metallica recorded their first song Hit the Lights in 1982. Hetfield played the bass, Ulrich drums, Mustaine guitar an Lloyd Grant was credited with a guitar solo. After that, Metallica recruited "a real" bass player, Ron McGovney. Hetfield an Ulrich spotted basist Cliff Burton at a show in West Hollywood. They thought that Burton "kicked ass", so they instantly wanted Burton in and McGovney out.
In may, 1983, Metallica started to record its debut album Metal Up Your Ass. Because of Mustaines drug and alcohol problems, rest of Metallica kicked him out of the band. Kirk Hammet flew the very same day to replace Mustaine.
Metallica recorded their first two albums Kill 'Em All and Ride the Lightning in two years (1983-1984).
After recording Master of Puppets, a tragedy happened. During a tour at Europe, the crew of Metallica was in a tour bus, which skidded. Hetfield, Ulrich and Hammet escaped the crash with no injuries, but Burton wasn't so lucky. September 27th, 1986 was the day Burton passed away. The rest of the crew was shattered by the death, but they carried on playing music. That's what Burton would have wanted, they say.
Metallica had to have auditions for a new bass player. From 40 people they picked Jason Newsted.
The first album Metallica recorded after Burtons death was And Justice For All.
That was the first album to reach top 10 on Billboard 200.
Metallica released some albums like Load and Garage Inc., but they didn't succeed very well.
In 2001, Newsted left the band. Metallica didn't rush to get a new basist. The held auditions in 2003. One was way better than the others. Robert Trujillo. His quickness impressed the whole crew. Metallica jammed with Trujillo a while. Trujillo was the new member of Metallica.
With the new crew, Metallica recorded St. Anger. Many people say, that St. Anger was the worst album Metallica made (I disagree :P). The last album Metallica recorded was Death Magnetic. In my opinion, it's one of the greatest albums the have made. Let's see if Metallica has some energy to do one album more. I hope they'll make one more.
